Resellers run their business across a spreadsheet, a mailbox and three shop admin panels. uSign replaces that with one system where stock, contracts, invoices and orders all describe the same reality.
Six modules
- Warehouse — products, sizes, locations, purchase and sale value, tracked per warehouse rather than as one pile.
- Consignment contracts — generates Polish UKS sale-commission agreements with an electronic buyer signature: a finished PDF and a secure signing link.
- Invoices — sales invoices and the VAT-margin procedure, received-invoice records, KSeF submission and Fakturownia sync.
- Orders — Shopify and WooCommerce orders sync in automatically, and InPost labels are generated from the same screen.
- Consignment — intake from consignors, payout settlement, and a panel plus public page for each of them.
- B2B marketplace — a public buy and sell listing, so partners see current stock without an account in the panel.
My part
I work on this one as a supporting engineer rather than its owner: shipping features, fixing what breaks, and keeping the integrations alive when an upstream API changes underneath them.
